Aloha!
My son was recently transferred to an Army reserve unit in Hawaii that was
preparing to be deployed to Iraq. The week before he left for overseas, we
spent a week with him there. I only had the chance to visit Oahu, but I was
thoroughly impressed with the mountains we passed on the drive to the Army
base. Neither the photos that I took nor this painting can capture the
breathless feeling I got when staring up at them. I plan to do more paintings - probably in watercolor - of the flowers we saw. What a wonderful feeling to leave the chilly March weather of Tennessee and see tropical flowers blooming freely! |

ornaments. This is an inexpensive way to own a print and also begin a
collection of ornaments for either your tree or display area.
Print and ornament are varnished to protect them for many years. Each ornament is signed and dated with the year ordered. $12.00 (USD) plus shipping All paintings except those noted as "Private Collection" are available.
