Painted as an expression of a creek located at the back of the property of a dear friend who has since passed on.
Ed was a WWII Veteran who was among those who fought at Guadalcanal. His wife, who passed several years before him, was the choir director at the church we attended. Together, they made the perfect pair - peaceful with just a touch of spice. I miss them both.
