As part of a commission for a phone-book cover, I created 5 paintings that represented not only the changing seasons in Greene County, Tennessee, but also the distinct regions of the county (and one painting representing the county seat of Greeneville).
This particular painting represents the beautiful mountain views found in the southern section of the county with the North Carolina state line running through the mountains in the distance.
It's probably a little too obvious to say that this painting represented winter.
